ESS Canada is seeking a Production Chef to direct, coordinate and evaluate kitchen operations for a Fly In/Fly Out remote camp. You will manage daily cooking, production planning, inventory, and staff scheduling while upholding health and safety standards in a high-volume setting.

Requirements include 3 years of foodservice management, culinary education, Food Safe (and Red Seal preferred). Shifts are 10 hours, 20 on/10 off. Hourly wage $28.00, with benefits after 3 months.
