Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency helping mid-market and enterprise B2B tech and SaaS clients drive pipeline. The Associate AEO Program Director leads a 2–4 person team on a book up to $1.5M, splits time between strategy and hands-on delivery, and oversees day-to-day planning and client work.
You will own delivery plans, coach the team, estimate efforts, and manage client sessions while reporting to leadership. This role is full time and remote, with target Canada/USA locations.
