You will support daily living, community activities, therapy, work, presentations, and conferences. Key Responsibilities:

- Support activities of daily living in the client's home
- Drive an adapted vehicle to work and appointments
- Accompany community activities, therapies, and social events
- Support mentoring, presentations, and conference attendance
- Work closely with the wider care team

Requirements:

- Full, clean UK driving licence
