The Dufresne Group seeks a Labour Relations Specialist for its unionized environment. You will advise leaders, support workplace investigations, manage grievances, and apply Ontario employment legislation. The position also involves confidential records and Canadian travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interpret collective agreements, policies, and employment legislation
- Advise leaders on labour and employee relations matters
- Support grievances, investigations, and workplace concern resolution
- Coach leaders on documentation and consistent workplace practices
- Prepare labour relations meeting materials and follow-up actions

Requirements:

- Two to three years of unionized labour relations experience
- Experience with investigations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Knowledge of Ontario labour and employment legislation
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
