As a Creator Relations Specialist, you will support Viral Nation's Marketing and Talent agency. Your work will expand digital and promotional partnerships for represented Talent and Brand Clients. The role combines creator vetting, campaign coordination, negotiations, and social media analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and vet creators through social platforms and qualified networks
- Prepare creator shortlists designed to convert into paid campaigns
- Coordinate creator onboarding, platform opt-ins, and campaign measurement data
- Collaborate with Client Services on campaign execution and workflows
- Negotiate proposals,
agreements, compensation structures, and agreement redlines
Requirements:
- One to two years in influencer marketing, representation, development, or sales
- Active participation in and consumption of the social media industry
- Knowledge of social trends, creator economy, and social metrics
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and many creators
