This Architectural Designer role focuses on custom homes and residential developments. You will translate client needs and design concepts into detailed plans and specifications. The work spans design development, documentation, coordination, and construction execution alongside senior architects and project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop residential designs from concepts through detailed construction drawings
- Prepare sketches, three dimensional models, and client renderings
- Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings
- Coordinate structural, electrical,
and mechanical consultant designs
- Conduct site visits and observe construction progress
Requirements:
- Architecture or related design degree
- Three to five years architectural design experience
- Residential project experience and portfolio evidence
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
- Three dimensional modeling, rendering, and communication skills
