Foundation Physiotherapy & Wellness is hiring for an independent chiropractor job in Vaughan, Ontario, and we are looking for an evidence-informed clinician with a strong interest in orthopedic, sport and musculoskeletal care. Our Vaughan clinic is open six days a week, and whether you prefer a fee-split arrangement or a room rental model, we are flexible and happy to talk through whichever setup fits your practice goals.

You will practice alongside a team that also offers physiotherapy, massage therapy, vestibular and concussion care, and pelvic health physiotherapy, which means the people you refer to and learn from are part of the same clinic rather than strangers across town.

Collaborative Care Built by Physiotherapists

Foundation was built by physiotherapists, and that shapes how we work. Each patient receives an individualized treatment plan from clinicians trained in advanced assessment and clinical reasoning, and the team brings more than 20 years of combined experience treating pain, injury and mobility concerns. As our independent chiropractor in Vaughan, you will help prescribe treatment plans together with colleagues, recognize when a patient needs a referral, and make that referral with confidence.

Day to day, you will deliver chiropractic care, keep patients committed to their plans, and liaise with clients, front desk staff and the clinic owners. Regular mentorship and clinical rounds give you a place to talk through complex cases,

Room to Build a Thriving Private Practice

We want you to build a loyal caseload of engaged, health-conscious clients, and we expect you to help market chiropractic care alongside the physiotherapy, massage therapy, vestibular and concussion, and pelvic health services offered through Foundation. Private practice experience of one to two years or more is preferred, because you will be growing your own patient relationships from day one. Compensation:

- CAD $90 to $92 per hour
- Fee-split or room rental arrangements available, with flexibility to fit your practice goals

Qualifications:

- Registered and in positive standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario.
- Previous private practice experience (1–2+ years preferred).
