Lead full-cycle recruitment with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday on OMERS and Oxford's Toronto-based Talent Acquisition team. Support high-volume and specialized hiring across corporate functions.

As an Associate, Talent Acquisition, you will support Pension Member Services and Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services. The flexible hybrid guideline requires four office days weekly. Your work spans sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and candidate communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume Member Services roles
- Partner with hiring managers throughout recruitment and onboarding
- Build diverse talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed




- Assess candidates through interviews and screening processes
- Maintain recruitment records in Workday and Phenom

Requirements:

- Two or more years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience
- Knowledge of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
- Experience supporting varied role types and levels
- Ability to build effective hiring manager relationships
- Robust communication and organizational skills
