This entry-level development role supports the management and resolution of defects aboard Minor War and Auxiliary Vessels. Reporting to the Ship Maintenance Team Manager, you will prepare, validate, track, and process corrective maintenance activities. The work includes data entry, workflow administration, meeting minutes, and project coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, validate, and process historical corrective maintenance data
- Upload MIS notifications and align technical databases across the fleet
- Track WEAF and Quick Response defect workflows




- Organize Objective Quality Evidence for internal close-out processes
- Capture, format, and distribute accurate meeting minutes

Requirements:

- Technician experience, Canadian Armed Forces background, or recent graduation
- Ability to organize data sets accurately
- Robust communication, reporting, organizational, and time management skills
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
- Eligibility for Controlled Goods assessment and NATO Secret clearance
