As Assistant General Manager, you will work with the General Manager across front-counter and fryer operations. You will develop restaurant management, financial performance, and leadership skills while preparing for a future General Manager path. The role suits experienced Shift Leads, Managers, or Assistant General Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the General Manager across all store operations
- Maintain food quality, flavour, service, hygiene, and safety
- Manage labour, inventory, scheduling, sales targets, and cost controls
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members




- Develop restaurant management and financial performance capabilities

Requirements:

- Three-plus years leading in quick-paced hospitality environments
- One-plus year as an Assistant General Manager in high-volume restaurants
- People-first leadership and coaching ability
- Passion for food, flavour, and customer experience
- Scheduling, inventory, cash handling, or shift management experience
