Thrive Creative is building a corporate training offering for teams adopting AI in daily work. As the AI Training Lead, you will create programs for first-time users, power users, and leadership. You will tailor instruction to industries, roles, tools, and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design workshops, hands-on sessions, and follow-up coaching
- Deliver training at client offices and virtually
- Tailor programs to client industries, roles, and tools
- Teach responsible AI use and output checking
- Build reusable exercises, guides, and prompt libraries

Requirements:

- Experience teaching, training, mentoring, facilitating, or coaching adults
- Hands-on fluency with Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot
- Plain-language communication without unnecessary jargon
- Comfort building and owning a program from nothing
- Willingness to travel across Canada as needed
