As a Financial Services Representative II, you will support Personal and Business Banking clients in a Banking Centre. You will understand personal and business priorities, recommend financial products and solutions, and help clients pursue their goals. The position requires a current Mutual Funds License and client-facing sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet clients to understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend solutions involving cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection
- Provide forward-looking financial planning and tailored service
- Build relationships through marketing and community outreach activities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications
Requirements:
- Current Mutual Funds License in positive standing
- Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada accreditation
- One year of client experience and sales results
- Goal-oriented, detail-focused, and critical-thinking approach
- Flexibility for banking centre hours and multiple locations
