The position includes relief coverage two days weekly at another portfolio property, with regular Sunday and Monday days off. You will manage tenant requests, rental administration, building maintenance, emergency procedures, and pool care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to tenant inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Enforce Residential Tenancy Act provisions
- Supervise building security, safety, and emergency procedures
