Lead corporate event production for Encore across Canada, combining client leadership, production planning, and budget oversight in project-based engagements.

As an Event Producer, you will plan and execute corporate, association, keynote, special event, and brand activation programs. You will guide client relationships, creative development, technical production, suppliers, and show-site teams. The work spans pre-production, in office delivery, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate client objectives into scopes, schedules, budgets, and production plans
- Coordinate creative, technical, venue, supplier, and show-site teams
- Maintain quality, creative vision, scope, schedule, and profitability
- Lead client meetings, site inspections, rehearsals, and show calls
- Complete debriefs,



reconciliation, documentation, and project closeout

Requirements:

- Five or more years of event or audiovisual production experience
- Experience leading onsite crews, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong client communication, facilitation, and relationship-management skills
- Confidence developing budgets and reviewing financial information
- Microsoft Office proficiency and flexible project schedule availability
