Job Title: ERP Data Migration ConsultantJob Description

Join a dynamic team to support global ERP initiatives across Oracle JDE, SAP, and Dynamic-365 in finance functional areas. This role involves working on processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report. You will develop standards and guidelines for converting data from legacy ERP systems into enterprise ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

- Develop and establish standardized processes, procedures, and tools for data conversion activities.
- Perform data mapping between ERP platforms and cleanse and normalize master and transactional data.
- Conduct data duplication checks and cross-referencing and prepare master and transactional data load files.
- Manually input data changes directly into ERP systems where required.
- Monitor recurring exception reports and initiate data clean-up opportunities.
- Track, report, and measure data conversion activities and results.
- Collaborate with end users to identify data standardization opportunities.
- Leverage ERP system knowledge to identify and develop process efficiencies.
- Work closely with ERP project leadership, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts, MDM, Data Engineering, Integration teams, and IT Management.
- Support data quality initiatives throughout ERP deployment projects.

Essential Skills

- Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, conversion, and mapping.
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL).
- Experience in mapping legacy ERP data to target ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;




- Master Data Management (MDM) expertise.
- Familiarity with Oracle EDQ.

Work Environment

The role is based in Mississauga, Ontario, with working hours from 9am to 5pm, five days a week on-site. The dress code is business casual. This position offers exposure to a large-scale ERP Transformation, opportunities to work in a leading multinational manufacturing organization, and interaction with leadership and executive decision-makers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
