Reporting to the Program Manager, the Part-Time Placement Coordinator supports clinical placement administration within the School of Nursing. You will maintain records, organize placement data, track documentation, and coordinate communication with students, faculty, and clinical partners. The position is casual, fixed-term, hybrid, and up to 24 hours weekly through December 18, 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate student clinical placement records and assignments
- Update placement information in HSPnet and SharePoint
- Compile preferences, availability, and assignment data
- Track documentation, deadlines, and outstanding requirements

Requirements:

- Three-year diploma in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- Experience coordinating processes and maintaining accurate records
