STERIS seeks an early-career engineer for its Engineering team. You will translate stakeholder needs into technical requirements, support system architectures, and guide verification activities. The work spans multidisciplinary collaboration, technical documentation, feasibility studies, and product development lifecycle execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute systems engineering activities throughout product development
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable engineering specifications
- Develop technical strategies, architectures, and subsystem requirements




- Define testing strategies and drive verification activities
- Maintain Design History Files and project documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- At least one year in Systems Engineering or related engineering
- Relevant internship and co-op experience considered
- Fluency in French and advanced English proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
