Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager provides leadership through customer service, employee management, and effective planning. You will resolve complaints, develop colleagues, coordinate inventory activities, and support merchandising efforts. The position also includes staffing, scheduling, training, safety, and succession planning.

- Model effective and courteous customer service standards
- Resolve customer complaints according to established guidelines
