Oversee custodial operations with BEST - For a Cleaner World in Abbotsford, using communication, organization, and safety knowledge. Work Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm.

As Site Supervisor, you will coordinate frontline custodians and maintain a clean, presentable, inviting building. You will liaise with management about staffing, safety, supplies, equipment, and employee relations. The position supports light and heavy duty custodians while introducing leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily duties of light and heavy duty custodians
- Train recent hires in BEST's culture, mission, and values
- Communicate staffing, safety, and supply concerns to management
- Facilitate staff meetings about policies and safety requirements




- Secure storage areas, supplies, and cleaning equipment

Requirements:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Basic computer, smartphone, and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Previous supervisory experience considered an asset
- Class 5 Driver's License and Canadian Background Check eligibility
