Registered Practical Nurses provide acute care, patient education, and clinical flexibility across multiple William Osler Health System sites. Work includes days and nights.

This permanent, full-time Clinical Resource Team position reports to the Clinical Services Manager. You will support acute medical, CCC, palliative, and surgical patient care areas while working within your scope. The role requires reassignment between units and Osler sites according to staffing needs. A six-week schedule is provided in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care within your scope of practice
- Educate patients across wide-ranging acute care areas
- Float between units according to daily staffing needs
- Accept temporary placements or project assignments
- Work days, nights, weekends, and statutory holidays

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Current CPR certification and fluent English communication
- Recent acute medicine or surgery experience within two years
- Ability to provide complex medical patient care
- Critical thinking, teamwork, and organizational skills
