The City of Medicine Hat is seeking an Assessor I to join our Property Assessment team. This permanent, full‐time, on‐site role involves performing fair and consistent property assessments, communicating with property owners, and contributing to municipal taxation processes.
You'll work with mass appraisal methods, learn valuation models, and gain qualified accreditation through Alberta Assessors' Association.
