As a Patient Support Programs Operations Analyst Intern, you will support portfolio and process optimization initiatives. You will also contribute to digital roadmaps, dashboarding, insight generation, and change management. The work includes special projects supporting functional and portfolio strategies across Lilly Patient Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support portfolio optimization through partnerships, technology, and ecosystem strategies
- Develop and reimagine processes, procedures, and capabilities
- Support digital roadmaps, dashboarding, and insight generation




- Contribute to project prioritization, change management, and implementation
- Support ongoing and novel patient support projects

Requirements:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into insights
- Excellent communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Detail-oriented organization across multiple tasks and projects
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
