This contract Learning and Development Consultant role suits an experienced qualified with approximately 8–10 years in corporate learning and development. You will connect business needs with practical learning strategies for a large, complex organization. The work includes learning consultation, needs analysis, program design, evaluation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify performance and capability needs with business and HR stakeholders
- Design learning programs and multi-year learning roadmaps
- Recommend blended learning approaches and evaluation plans
- Coordinate vendors, deliverables, and project requirements




- Improve learning experiences, processes, and outcomes through feedback

Requirements:

- Approximately 8–10 years corporate Learning and Development experience
- Post-secondary education and relevant learning certifications
- Strong adult learning and blended learning design knowledge
- Stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Microsoft 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Copilot familiarity
