Vancity is seeking a Senior Investigator, Escalated Complaints, to independently review Level 2 complaints, conduct end-to-end investigations, and provide defensible final recommendations. You will coordinate across departments, communicate findings, and support regulatory and internal standards.
The role is full time, permanent, based at Vancity Head Office with a hybrid work arrangement; on-site presence is required for events and business demands.
