Role reports to: Brand Team Lead
Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Toronto
Work Location: Hybrid
What you will do Developing and implementing a multi-year strategic business plan for your brand
Launching new products and building comprehensive go-to-market plans (including pricing and merchandising strategies)
Crafting marketing communications (eg. Digital, e Commerce and social content, video, print, sampling, professional, etc.), claims and impactful media connection plans with external agency partners




Uncovering insights about the category, competitor & retail customers that drive business recommendations
Successfully setting & ensuring delivery of monthly and annual shipment and consumption analysis
Conducting consumer research to uncover insights that shape in-market activations
Collaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Legal, Global, Supply Chain and Demand Planning to coordinate team activities/projects and attain short-long term sales and profit commitments
Leading your brand's P&L; & making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
A minimum of a university degree is required; preferably in Marketing/Business or a related field.
18 months of previous brand management or relevant marketing experience is required.
Authorized to work in Canada without the need of sponsorship now or in the future.
Desired Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are important.
Digital marketing experience is an asset, as are budget management and forecasting skills.
What's in it for you Annual base salary for recent hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00
