CPABC seeks a Practical Experience Officer reporting to the Associate Director, Practical Experience. You will review technical and enabling competencies under current and current CPA programs. The work combines assessment, communication, regulatory compliance, and candidate support.
Key Responsibilities: Assess practical experience submissions against competency criteria
Provide feedback supporting appropriate proficiency levels
Liaise with students, mentors, and employers for evidence

Requirements: Chartered Professional Accountant designation required
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent
Five plus years progressive public practice or industry experience
Strong accounting, finance, tax, and business knowledge
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
Use CPA program knowledge, careful assessment, and communication skills to support practical experience progression at CPABC.
