This role supports complex pursuits through SME engagement, content governance, and technical writing. Key Responsibilities: Write technical, management, operational, and executive proposal responses
Conduct SME interviews and develop evaluator-focused content
Create win themes, discriminators, proof points, and value propositions
Maintain proposal libraries, resumes, case studies, and project profiles




Develop AI-ready repositories, prompt libraries, and reusable workflows
Requirements: Exceptional writing and editing skills with five-plus years’ experience
Proposal and RFP experience of three to five years
Robust interviewing and information-gathering skills
Ability to translate technical concepts into client-facing language
Content management and knowledge-management experience
