Demonstrated ability to analyze, structure, and assess commercial financing transactions.
Strong credit judgment and a solid understanding of credit risk policies, practices, and governance expectations.
Knowledge of BDC products, services, policies, processes, and procedures, or the ability to quickly develop this knowledge.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact, influence, and negotiate effectively with internal partners and, when required, with clients.
Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting critical deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Solid business acumen and a strong understanding of the realities and dynamics of small and medium-sized enterprises.
