Description
Lead and manage the application support and Dev Ops teams to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
Manage day-to-day support operations, incident management, problem management, and production stability.
Own application availability, service levels, operational KPIs, and major incident response.
Oversee release management, deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.
Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and efficiency.
Manage vendor relationships, support contracts, escalations, upgrades, and patches.
Ensure production readiness, disaster recovery planning, and operational compliance with security standards.
Partner with development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver stable and scalable solutions.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or Dev Ops
5+ years of people leadership experience
Experience supporting customer-facing digital applications and enterprise systems
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management
Experience with Dev Ops practices, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational automation
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Linux/Windows environments, APIs, and enterprise integrations
Experience supporting Mule Soft, web applications, and database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL)
Strong vendor management, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Profile
The successful candidate will bring more than 10 years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, or Dev Ops, along with a proven track record of leading and developing technical teams. They will possess strong expertise in ITIL processes, production support, incident and problem management, release management, and operational governance. Technically,



they will have hands-on experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, databases, and customer-facing applications.
