Essential Functions:
Operational Readiness & Planning
Lead Operational Readiness Review (ORR)



meetings to evaluate and validate the readiness of a project to enter the production phase.
Evaluate supply chain needs and procurement schedules to ensure necessary components are available for the Assembly and Integration teams.
Assess physical space and facility requirements for each project, ensuring test sites are properly housed and configured.
Coordinate with Planning, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production readiness issues before they impact the master schedule.
Financial & Resource Strategy
Evaluate and provide staffing forecasts required to execute projects from an operational perspective.
Provide expert input on manufacturing elements for cost proposals and participate in capital planning discussions to support new equipment installations or facility layout changes.
Monitor and report project performance and metrics using Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost
