Execute operational strategies supporting growth and organizational goals

Develop leadership teams and strengthen operational accountability
Requirements: Significant large-scale industrial or manufacturing leadership experience
Direct record leading operations and improving performance measurably
Solid knowledge of Lean principles and production systems
Experience managing budgets, operating costs, targets, and KPIs
Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline preferred
