Stantec seeks a Project Manager to lead small to large treatment facility projects from planning through design, construction, and commissioning. The position combines project leadership, water treatment engineering, client coordination, and technical evaluation. You will guide teams while addressing reliability, resource efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities: Lead water and wastewater treatment facility projects
Coordinate clients, consultants, owners, contractors, and vendors
Evaluate, select, specify, and engineer treatment systems
Manage project budgets, schedules, invoicing,



and forecasts
Oversee construction documents, reviews, and quality control
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering
Licensed Skilled Engineer or eligibility within twelve months
Minimum 10+ years in water and wastewater treatment infrastructure
Strong knowledge of treatment processes, hydraulics, and process mechanical
Ability to lead multiple teams and prioritize concurrent projects
Bring water treatment engineering, project leadership, and client coordination expertise to Stantec projects across Southern Ontario.
