Lead statewide grants oversight in St. Paul with the Minnesota Department of Health, strengthening internal controls and financial accountability. Full time, day-shift work is Monday through Friday.
As Senior Manager, you will direct outgoing grants operations within MDH Financial Management’s Grants Unit. The work covers state and federal funds, policy, risk mitigation, compliance, training, and enterprise collaboration. You will guide practices affecting more than $500 million in grants.
Key Responsibilities: Lead agency-wide oversight across outgoing grant processes
Strengthen internal controls and financial accountability
Supervise and develop grants management professionals
Apply analytics, process mapping, and risk-based decisions




Represent MDH in statewide governance initiatives
Requirements: Four years working with government grants
Full lifecycle state or federal grants management experience
Uniform Guidance and state policy application experience
Process improvement leadership in financial or regulatory environments
Staff supervision or cross-functional team leadership experience
Bring grants oversight, compliance, internal controls, and leadership experience to Minnesota Department of Health operations in St. Paul.
