This senior position develops, implements, and maintains compliance programs for financial services operations. You will manage policies, reporting, investigations, and AML and KYC procedures. The work requires independent management of complex initiatives while supporting business units.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage comprehensive financial compliance programs
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential compliance breaches
Update policies and procedures for regulatory changes
Oversee accurate, timely regulatory reporting submissions




Investigate issues and recommend corrective actions
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, or related field
At least seven years' financial services compliance experience
Knowledge of FAIS Act, FICA, and POPI Act implications
Experience implementing compliance programs and risk management principles
Qualified certification such as CCO or CRCM desirable
Use analytical judgment, regulatory expertise, and independent leadership to strengthen remote financial compliance programs and reporting.
