About The Role Reporting to the Manager, Community & Indigenous Affairs, the Senior Lead, Social Responsibility is responsible for implementing Health, Safety, Setting, and Community (HSEC)



standards for the human environment and supporting our Communities and Indigenous Peoples sustainability goals.
To be successful, you will be a cooperative and courageous safety leader with strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and mentoring skills. You will contribute to strategy development and process improvement initiatives related to community engagement, socio-economics, environmental matters, and consultation, while effectively collaborating with Indigenous Peoples, diverse communities, stakeholders, regulators, and internal teams.
