The person responsible for this role coordinates project estimation activities to produce comprehensive and competitive proposals for various tenders. They define and implement bid preparation timelines, ensure quality follow-ups with stakeholders, and validate proposals' alignment with company strategies. They also ensure the execution team has all necessary elements for optimal project delivery
What you will do Project Management (90%) Provide leadership within the project team.




Establish timelines and monitor all activities related to design, estimation, and bid preparation.
Develop project strategies with the sales team and adjust bid content accordingly.
Negotiate subcontracting contracts.
Plan and understand project execution activities.
Be attentive to client needs in order to better meet their expectations.
Establish and maintain a climate of trust with clients while preserving the business relationships the company has with them.
Identify and resolve issues raised by various stakeholders.
Make usual recommendations to improve quality assurance procedures.
Ensure that supplies comply with health and safety standards.
Convey relevant information to other departments.
Participate in site visits during the tender phase.
Conduct contract reviews and ensure risks are identified and understood.
Facilitate and participate in risk analysis and price closing meetings.
Review and validate the overall bid.
Participate in the development of estimation tools.
Review and validate bids/proposals from subcontractors.
