As a Cost Consultant, you will support loan monitoring and lender services across project stages. The work includes preparing reports, interfacing with clients and consultants, researching Canadian construction market conditions, and assisting with feasibility studies. You will also contribute to procurement reports, value engineering, life cycle costing, quality control, and commission delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare Loan Monitoring reports for client commissions
Interface with clients and consultants across project stages
Research Canadian construction market conditions and published data
Assist with feasibility studies and procurement reports
Support quality control, delivery, and commission management
Requirements: Minimum three years post-graduate loan monitoring experience
Recognized university degree
Relevant qualified membership such as CIQS or RICS is beneficial
Experience in lender services or a similar environment
Apply cost management, market research, and loan monitoring expertise while supporting Turner & Townsend clients in Calgary.
