Summary/Job Scope
The Senior Maintenance Manager is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and functional oversight for all maintenance functions including oversight of mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, and reliability activities.



This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and cost‑effective performance of plant assets while supporting production, operational excellence, and continuous improvement objectives. The incumbent leads maintenance teams, oversees asset management and shutdown planning, and drives initiatives that improve equipment reliability, plant availability, and overall operational performance in compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership, People Development & Organizational Effectiveness
Provide strategic leadership to the maintenance organization by establishing and communicating goals, objectives, and expectations aligned with company values, plant priorities, and business objectives.
Lead, coach, mentor, and support maintenance leaders and teams to drive performance, accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
Establish a culture of operational excellence by enabling leaders with the resources, tools, and support necessary to achieve departmental goals and develop their teams.
Promote workforce capability development through training programs, competency management, knowledge
