Reporting to the Director, Marketing, the Manager, Marketing leads campaign delivery across PNE brands and business streams. The position manages timelines, deliverables, performance tracking, and adjustments. It also supports attendance, engagement, brand awareness, and event targets through integrated marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Lead marketing campaigns with detailed project management
Monitor progress, remove barriers, and support team objectives
Optimize digital, traditional media, and promotional channels
Develop campaign plans, deliverables,



and outcome reports
Oversee corporate and business marketing initiatives
Requirements: Post-secondary marketing degree, diploma, or equivalent experience
Minimum eight years’ leadership experience
Working knowledge of marketing and events
Exceptional writing, analytical, and project management skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
