BMO Financial Group is seeking an Associate Product Owner - IVR to lead the IVR platform within Virtual Connect. The role centers on migrating the IVR platform to the CCaa S solution on Amazon Connect and then monitoring performance to drive enhancements for customer and employee experiences.
You will own the product lifecycle, translate requirements into a roadmap, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value for Investor Line ecosystem.
