AI-First Project Manager

Position Summary

We're looking for a project manager who treats AI as a default, not an experiment: someone who wants to build a faster, smarter, more transparent delivery experience for our clients and keep improving it. We care far more about how you think and what you've built than how many years you've spent running projects the traditional way.
Position Responsibilities
Own the delivery of client projects end to end — scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communication.
Use AI to run the mechanics of project management:



prioritizing backlogs, building and re-forecasting schedules, monitoring project health, and generating status reporting.
Keep clients informed with clear, proactive updates, and surface issues before they become problems.
Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, and automations that improve how the whole delivery team works — not just your own projects.
Continuously evaluate new AI tools and capabilities, test them against real delivery problems, and bring forward what works.
