Direct integrated campaigns, creative teams, and customer-facing programs
Oversee Customer Experience Action Plan and Voice of Customer program

Lead budgets, contracts, partnerships, and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements: Degree in business, marketing, or communications
Nine years progressively responsible relevant experience
Expert marketing, brand management, communications, and behavioral insights knowledge
Advanced customer strategy, analytical, decision-making, and business acumen
Advanced leadership and team-building skills
