Vale Base Metals seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Architecture for its Information Technology organization. You will connect ERP, EAM, SCADA, DCS, PLC, MES, historians, and LIMS environments. The position translates operational needs into secure, resilient, scalable architectures across sites and delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end business process architectures aligned with operating models
Design integration patterns across enterprise, OT, and industrial systems
Engage mine sites, processing facilities, and capital projects
Produce system diagrams, integration designs, and reference implementations

Requirements: Eleven to fifteen years of architecture experience
Industrial, mining, manufacturing, utilities, or asset-intensive experience
Proven IT, OT, and industrial systems integration experience
Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Solid cybersecurity, safety, stakeholder engagement, and risk management skills
