We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to join our GTM Operations team. This is a true builder-first role: you will own our GTM technical stack, data and context layers, and the orchestration that underpins our go-to-market engine. Your job will be to build the data and workflows that help our GTM teams find the right accounts, understand them, and act at the right time.
We're looking for someone highly technical with experience in a GTM setting. The ideal candidate can take insights from our Sales, Growth, and GTM teams, think through what system, data, and infrastructure should exist, and then build and maintain that solution in a way that scales. Our CRM is an important part of the technical stack, but the job extends beyond CRM configuration or maintenance.

What You’ll Do Build and own the technical stack: Connect and improve the systems behind our GTM motion, including our CRM, enrichment providers, conversation intelligence, and outbound tools. Decide what to buy, build, or assemble.
