About The Prospect Our client is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team in downtown Toronto This role is ideal for a lawyer who enjoys complex work, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, strategic legal solutions. You will work alongside experienced professionals on sophisticated construction matters while continuing to expand your advocacy, analytical, and leadership skills.
Duties include but are not limited to: Manage and support a broad range of construction dispute matters from strategy through resolution
Lead and assist with construction lien and trust claims, delay and deficiency disputes, and contract disputes
Advise on and advance matters under the Construction Act, including prompt-
