What You’ll Do We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Analyst, FP&A;, to play a key supporting role within the Finance team as we work to model and track business performance, steward operating costs, partner internally on current business models and implement processes and systems to support Strive’s Growth. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Finance, this role provides an opportunity to sharpen business and financial acumen, deepen understanding of the healthcare industry, build relationships across all levels of the organization, and gain experience in a high-growth business as the Finance team enables Strive to transform kidney care for our patients.
