As Matte Painting Supervisor, you will guide the film’s matte painting team and partner with show leadership. You will establish visual standards, oversee environments, and support seamless integration with CG renders and compositing. The work includes skies, set extensions, embellishments, and one-off locations.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Matte Painters and provide daily creative, technical feedback
Establish visual style and quality standards with show leadership
Supervise matte paintings and digital workplace creation




Define DMP workflows with pipeline and technical teams
Review work, plan priorities, and support artist development
Requirements: Extensive digital matte painting or environment creation experience
Lead or Supervisory experience in animation, VFX, or series
Portfolio demonstrating integrated 2 D, 2.5 D, and CG work
Proficiency with Photoshop and Nuke; knowledge of 3 D tools
Strong perspective, lighting, communication, and organizational skills
