Lead enterprise IAM RBAC strategy at Marsh Mc Lennan, combining access governance expertise with global program leadership and hands-on delivery.
As IAM RBAC Lead, you will establish the enterprise Role-Based Access Control framework and operating model. You will strengthen access governance, improve operational efficiency, and support secure, scalable identity and access management. The work spans IAM, Security, HR, Technology, and business stakeholders across regions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the enterprise RBAC program across business units and regions
Define RBAC strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating model
Oversee role design, lifecycle management, certification, and governance
Monitor performance using dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and reporting




Lead and develop regional employees and consultants
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Five or more years leading enterprise RBAC or IAM transformations
Experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud or Identity IQ
Understanding of identity governance, provisioning, authorization, and access management
Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworks
