Lead business analysis for large-scale digital and I⁢ initiatives , translating complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, non-functional, data, and reporting requirements.
Develop business-process models, current-state/future-state workflows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
Collaborate with policy, legal, privacy, security, operational, and technology stakeholders to assess legislative and regulatory changes.
Work with external vendors to define requirements, assess solution fit, and support solution implementation.
Support Agile delivery, product backlog prioritization, sprint planning, testing, defect resolution,



and implementation readiness.
Identify business gaps, risks, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and operational impacts; support privacy assessments and personal-information flow documentation.
Facilitate requirements workshops and prepare executive-level presentations, recommendations, options analyses, and status reports.
Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
Preferred: Prior public-sector experience, government registry experience, and solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
