This Director role supports senior technology leadership within a complex Canadian capital markets organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, investment analysis, and executive reporting. The position focuses on technology spend, governance, cost transparency, and strategic decision-making across cybersecurity, engineering, data, and software development.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior technology leaders on financial decisions
Lead technology budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
Analyze cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, engineering, data, and AI spending
Develop business cases, investment analyses,



and financial models
Deliver executive reporting on trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations
Requirements: 10-15+ years of progressive FP&A;, corporate finance, or partnering experience
Solid Technology Finance, IT Finance, or Fin Ops experience
Experience with cloud spend and technology investment planning
Strong budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and management reporting knowledge
CPA preferred; MBA, CFA, or equivalent experience considered
Bring technology finance, executive communication, and investment analysis expertise to strengthen strategic decisions and cost governance.
